Cancellations
Changes and cancellations: Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival, subject to availability. Bookings cancelled at any time and up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed arrival will result in the loss of the deposit (10% of booking total). Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will incur a 1-night penalty charged to your credit card.
Refer to your booking confirmation for non-accommodation bookings (tours and packages) cancellation policy. Contact the accommodation provider directly to make changes or to cancel your booking using contact details provided on your booking confirmation.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy. Guests who no show will be charged for 1 night per person. Upon payment there will be no refunds given.

Children under 18 are allowed with legal guardian in private room using existing bedding. No reduction
Please Note: For last minute bookings, in periods of high demand we cannot guarantee that reservations with more than one person will be allocated to the same room. We will however make every attempt to allocate beds in the same room where possible.
The Following offences may impose eviction and heavy fines
It is an offence to vandalize or misuse fire equipment.
Fire doors to guest rooms must not be obstructed or kept open.
Groups:
Bookings of 5 people or more are classified as a group. For all group bookings we only accept full room bookings, sharing options will not be accepted and all beds in the room have to be paid for. All group bookings of 5 people or more are required to be re-confirmed directly with the hostel, as additional terms and conditions apply. Other Terms and Conditions
Credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge fee. Guests must present a passport at check-in. Failing to have a valid passport may result in cancellation of stay.
